Jason Lau

Jason Lau is currently employed as the Social Entrepreneurship Supervisor in the Center for Entrepreneurship and an instructor in the Business Faculty at Özyeğin University. In the Center for Entrepreneurship, Jason provides hands-on training and mentoring to tech-based, social and student entrepreneurs and coordinates outreach activities for entrepreneurship awareness. Jason also teaches several courses at Özyeğin University, including Introduction to Business: Decision Making, Introduction to Entrepreneurship and an elective in Social Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he developed and coordinates a school-wide volunteering platform to encourage students and staff to get involved in their communities through volunteering with local NGOs. Prior to the Center for Entrepreneurship, Jason worked in the University’s International Office, recruiting international students and coordinating exchange programs. He has also worked as a Business Analyst at TCW, an LA-based asset management firm. Jason holds an MBA from Bilkent University (2008) and a B.S. in International Business from the University of Southern California (2003).
